Overseeing Healthcare Assistants, our Senior  support worker will be responsible for implementing  elements of care plans and risk assessments  for individuals we support. You will contribute to and be responsible for elements of the supervision, training and day to day management of staff. A full job descrition will be available at interview

The ideal candidate will

  • have previous team leader /senior   experience
  • have experience completing risk assessments and care plans

Croft House is a detached home situated in the residential village of Thurcaston close to the beautiful landscape of Charnwood. Croft House is a residential service to 5 males who are on the autistic spectrum and some behaviours that challenge. Each person is funded for 1-1 support. You will be supporting them to do their favourite things, going for local walks, swimming, going to discos, visiting the pub, days out and holidays. We ensure they live fulfilling and stimulating lives, whilst encouraging and maintaining a more independent quality of life
