Role Overview:-
Voyage Care are recruiting 2 Senior Support Workers for our brand new team at our 5 bed supported living service, Gresham Court. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the development from its infancy to being fully established. Gresham Court will support individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviour with the potential to also include a cohort of people under the transforming care agenda. 

Overseeing Support Workers, our Senior Support Workers implement care plans for individuals with mental health needs, challenging behaviour and other complex needs. You will also be responsible for shift leading, allocation of staff, medication management, managing monies, attending and participating in muti disciplinary team meetings and ensuring that the people we support are receiving the care and support they require. 

Requirements:- We are seeking experienced Senior Support Workers who have experience working with mental health needs or challenging behaviour. You will be familiar with leading a team and committed to making a difference. You'll work on various shifts including earlies, lates, nights, weekends and bank holidays, so a degree of flexibility is required.
