Pay Rate (£): £8.71 per hour

Role Overview:-
As a Senior Support Worker at Solihull & Birmingham Supported Living you will mainly support a lady with physical needs that lives in her own bungalow, providing full aspects of care and promoting independence to support her to lead as fulfilling life as possible, incorporating both therapy based activities and social based activities.

Overseeing Support Workers, our Senior Support Workers implement care plans for individuals with learning disabilities and other complex needs. You’ll operate in local community settings and peoples’ own homes providing hands-on care to the people we support, so you can expect total involvement in everything we do.
