Role Overview:-
At 48 Cedar Road, we support nine residents. We provide high quality support to enable them to develop and maintain their independence and cognitive skills following an acquired brain injury. 

Overseeing Support Workers, our Senior Support Workers implement care plans for individuals with an acquired brain injury to reach their full potential playing a key role in their recovery pathway, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team including other health professionals and neuro therapists. You can expect total involvement in everything we do.

Requirements:-

Our Senior Support Workers have a sound experience of supporting people with varying care needs and are familiar with leading a team; with a commitment to care and a passion for making a difference. Full UK driving license preferable.
