Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Full Time

Shifts: Monday - Sunday; covering the following shifts on rota basis: 8:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 10:00pm and 10:00pm - 8:00am

Location: Tottington, Bury

Pay: £9.22 per hour

Agricola House provides support to eight adults with a head or acquired brain injury. We support individuals who would benefit from increasing their independence in a supportive community setting. We adopt a person-centered approach, aiming to support people to regain their social, cognitive and independence skills, and to develop their confidence.

Role Overview:

We are expanding our team and we’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on individuals to join our team of Senior Support Workers.

Overseeing Support Workers, our Senior Support Workers implement care plans for individuals with acquired brain injuries and other complex needs. You’ll operate within the home and local community settings providing hands-on care to the people we support, so you can expect total involvement in everything we do.

Requirements:

Our Senior Support Workers have a sound experience of supporting people with varying care needs and are familiar with leading a team; with a commitment to care and a passion for making a difference. You will ideally hold at least an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
