Fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR Advisor / Employee Relations Specialist.                               

Be part of a forward thinking and supportive team within Voyage Care by becoming one of our HR Advisors. 

We are working hard to transform the HR provision within Voyage Care and are looking for HR professionals to join our team at this very exciting time. 

You will be based in the Group Support office in Lichfield, providing support to 3 of our regional operations teams as part of a team of HR professionals. The Services within Voyage Care provide high quality support to adults with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, communication difficulties and additional complex needs.

Your responsibilities                                  

  • Support with all people management issues and deliver solutions in accordance with business requirements
  • Help, support and build line managers’ capability to deliver results through their people and the provision of advice, direction and training
  • Embed a performance management culture within the regional teams as a means of driving business improvement aligned with the company values
  • Provide support with all aspects of employee relations and ensure all are progressed in an efficient and timely manner

  • Provide regular telephone and email advice as required
  • Travel around the regions as necessary
  • Ensure commercial, consistent and business focused support and advice as part of a team of HR professionals
  • Be flexible in line with business needs where necessary
