About this role -

We are currently looking for a hands-on Registered Nurse with genuine ability and aptitude in delivering care that enhances and assists the quality of life for the people that we support.

  • Dawson Road is a nursing home which provides care and support to 12 people with learning and physical disabilities.
  • We have experience of supporting people with epilepsy, PEG feeding, dementia and a range of other needs. Our staff are highly skilled and provide 24 hour nursing care.
  • The team includes individuals who specialise in learning disability nursing, adult nursing and mental health nursing, giving a broad range of experience and knowledge. 

Most of our residents at Dawson Road are wheelchair users and the home is fully accessible to all. Being made up of two bungalows, each with six bedrooms, we have adapted bathrooms and other specialist equipment to meet the needs of people with physical disabilities.

You will need to be a qualified Nurse and should be skilled in planning clinical care and overseeing support staff.  You will be experienced in delivering high quality clinical care focusing on a person centered approach. **Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary
