We are recruiting for a Quality Development Administrator to join our Quality team at Group Support in Lichfield.

Reporting to the Quality Development Manager your key duties will include;

  • Providing administration support to the Quality Development Manager and wider Quality Team
  • Maintain and update various IT applications used by the quality team including CMS, Service Risk Score Card, Portfolio Management, Audit Portal
  • Preparing, photocopying and distributing papers and documents internally and externally
  • Arranging travel, meetings, appointments and managing diaries
  • Providing administrative support and assistance with co-ordinating projects within the team and the printing of documentation with external printers
  • Co-ordinating the submission of expenses and credit card statements for the team
  • Produce various quality reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

 

About you;

  • Clear & confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage own workload and use own initiative
  • Computer literate including outlook, word and excel
  • Skills in developing and maintaining positive working relationships with employees and external bodies at all levels
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the care industry is desirable

The hours are 28-30 hours per week, days and hours are flexible to suit.
