Role Overview

As the Quality and Compliance Manager you will manage the team responsible for the recruitment and compliance of all staff who work for Focused Healthcare. You will also be responsible for managing and investigating complaints & incidents and managing HR issues.

You will report directly into the Office Manager and be accountable for the overall quality and compliance for Focused Healthcare.

Leadership, excellent communication skills and efficiency are key attributes for this pivotal role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process and support the Recruiter with interviewing.
  • Support and monitor the compliance administrators to ensure staff compliance is maintained
  • Promote regular and positive communication between the Quality & Compliance team and the bookings team to ensure bookings team are fully aware of new and existing staff compliance status and the Q&C team are aware of recruitment requirements
  • Provide regular reporting on staff compliance and training to the Office Manager management team
  • Manage investigation and resolution of complaints, incidents and accidents, including delegation of suitable elements.
  • Ensure CMS system is used appropriately and all relevant information is recorded
  • Conduct disciplinary or investigation meetings
  • Conduct monthly team meetings, and monthly team supervisions
  • Monitor, coach and manage the performance of your team to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Actively participate in monthly head of department meetings
  • Maintain a constructive working environment in a pressurised area
  • Develop the skills of the Quality and Compliance team to meet objectives
