An exciting opportunity has arisen for a process driven individual to fulfil the position of Property Support Advisor within our Property Team.

Part-Time – 15-19 hours per week over 3 days.

Hours of work between 8am-6pm on a rota basis

The Property Support Department is the pivotal point for all aspects associated with reactive requests and maintenance issues within our Care Homes through multiple communication channels. Experience within a property orientated environment would be an advantage, however proficiency in administrative skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes is essential for this role. This role will also encompass support for our Internal Compliance team. The successful applicant will be methodical and competent, with a can do, proactive and forward thinking attitude and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment. The role requires exceptional organisational skills together with a willingness to grow and develop within the Department. The position will require you to be able to work autonomously as well as communicate openly with the Property Support Team.

 

What's the role:

  • Respond to both inbound and outbound telephone queries and email correspondence within an      agreed service level • Act as first point of contact and provide solutions for our customers • Identify customer needs through active listening and analysis • Follow up and resolve to a satisfactory conclusion any issues arising from any queries • To deal with customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring they are effectively logged, and resolved to the satisfaction of all relevant parties

 The jobholder should possess the following:

  • Experience within a Property environment is an advantage • Reception experience is an advantage • Capacity to multi task in a busy open plan location • Hold a ‘can do’ attitude • Ability to prioritise work load • Proactive and forward thinking • An ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal • High standard of personal motivation • An ability to respond positively to working within a pressurised environment • Experience in working on multiple process systems • Accurate keyboard and excellent administrative skills • Ability to work effectively using own initiative or as part of a team • A flexible approach with good time management skills • An ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality
