Purpose – A key role within the Personal Finance Team to maintain all personal debtor accounts currently in use, and all additional invoicing requirements as a result of a new project.

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining billing accounts in line with GDPR regulations, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Daily download of bank statements, ensuring transactions are correctly coded and posted to the correct account.
  • Investigating unidentified payments when required.
  • Performing regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolving any issues swiftly.
  • Create daily cash and cheque journals.
  • Raising, processing and approving e-forms for new starters, leavers and alterations.
  • Raising one off invoices for holidays etc.
  • Taking card payments where required.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to follow up on outstanding invoices, by phone or email
  • Maintain accurate centralised records of correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Providing assistance to the Personal Finance Team Supervisor with monthly reporting.
  • Answering email/telephone and postal queries.
  • Providing input to the wider team in order to improve and streamline processes.
