Job Description

Job Family: Marketing

Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire

Pay Rate (£): Competitive

Vacancy Reference: 024306

Location: Temporarily remote working, usually Lichfield, Staffordshire

Salary: Competitive

A brand new role, Occupancy Marketing Co-ordinator, has been created within our growing marketing team to provide a dedicated focus on promoting our supported living and residential vacancies.

As a growing company, we are looking to develop the right services for the people we support in the areas where they want to live. You will play a crucial role in ensuring vacancies in our new and existing services are promoted appropriately and enquiries are processed in a timely manner. You will be the link between a range of regional teams, there to co-ordinate data, plans and reports. You’ll support the Senior Occupancy Marketing Executive to ensure all marketing needs are met.

What motivates you?

As a new role in the organisation, we’re looking for someone with real drive and passion to develop it and make it their own. It would be well suited to someone who has dabbled in both marketing and administration. If you love data, you’ll love this role! You’ll need to enjoy collaborating with other teams and getting really stuck into projects. Does the following sound like you?

  • Super organised and able to assist with co-ordinating projects across a range of teams.
  • Intrigued by data, always looking for trends with a desire to achieve bigger and better results.
  • Gets a buzz out of seeing your marketing efforts drive enquiries.
  • A born collaborator and communicator who loves supporting and working with a range of people.
  • Committed to using best practice to get the best results.
  • Is passionate, driven and works best in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a desire to help vulnerable people in society find the right support for them.

Who you are

We’re sure you’ve got an armoury of skills and experience but who you are is equally as important to us. We’re looking for someone who embodies our values:

  • Empowering – do you make people feel included and help them take part?
  • Together – can you work well as a team?
  • Honest – are you reliable and trustworthy?
  • Outstanding – do you aim to always do your best and go above and beyond?
  • Supportive – are you there to support your colleagues?

What will you be doing?

You’ll work on specific projects from start to finish! You’ll support the Senior Occupancy Marketing Executive to understand and deliver the needs of each project. When the enquiries begin to flood in, you’ll work with the enquiries team and local teams to get all the information needed to help people find the right support.

Your skill set and experience

You need a great, can-do attitude to succeed in this role. It would be fabulous if you already have a healthy mix of marketing and sales skills, however, we’re here to help you develop. One moment you’ll be supporting the creation of marketing collateral (Adobe Creative Cloud skills would be a bonus), the next you’ll be updating our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and producing reports (Power BI and Excel). You’ll also be vital in ensuring project plans are updated and collecting information from a range of teams. It’s a fast-paced and varied role that’s waiting for you to craft it into your dream job!

Our current situation

Our team is temporarily working from home due to COVID-19. As such, you’ll need appropriate space to work comfortably from home and the ability to work autonomously with passion and drive is essential. We are a supportive team and have several strategies in place to ensure we still work collaboratively and everybody feels connected.

What do you get from us?

In return for your dedication and commitment, you’ll work in a sector that is truly rewarding. In addition, you’ll get the usual stuff, such as:

  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive training
  • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Remote working – our team is temporarily working from home due to COVID-19.
  • Flexible working hours
  • Retail discount benefit scheme
