**Support Worker - Permanent Nights**

Talke, Stoke - on Trent - £8.33 per hour

Peacock Hay is a small friendly residential home, which prides itself on a “can do attitude” and strives to get the most out of every day for the individuals who live there.  

We are looking for a Support Workers to work nights to provide care and support during the hours of 10pm - 8am, to young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The work can be challenging but the rewards of supporting people to achieve their goals make every day meaningful.

Requirements:

  • Employed experience in care setting, providing support to young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • NVQ level 2/ 3 in Health & Social Care is desired

 

 

The individuals we support at this service enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential.  We are therefore looking for Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.
