Night Support Worker – Eastleigh, Hampshire - £9.00 per hour


Voyage Care are currently looking to recruit a Night Support Worker into our brand new, purpose built supported living service in Eastleigh. As a Night Support Worker with Voyage Care you will be working with people who have varying degrees of learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs. You will be promoting independence and supporting them to lead a life that is as fulfilling as possible.


You will have the opportunity to work in a brand new Supported Living service. The service is comprised of 18 individual, self-contained flats on one site in Eastleigh. As a Night Support Worker you will be supporting individuals that have complex care requirements during the night. This will involve personal care, administering medication when needed, supporting individuals that are up and awake at night, general paperwork/administration duties.

  • Flexibility. This is a shift based role that can include working on weekends and bank holidays so flexibility is essential.

  • Prior experience in health and social care is desirable but not essential. We can and will provide full training

The individuals we support enjoy a lot of community access, so confidence in lone working is essential.  We are therefore looking for Support Workers with previous experience who can hit the ground running. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.
