Pay Rate (£): £32,580 per annum

This is a Registered Manager position, managing 3 x adult residential services in Solihull; Warwick Road, Castle Lane & Brookvale Road and as such the successful candidate will be required to register with the Care Quality Commission.

Our aim is to support residents to achieve their goals in life and we actively seek out opportunities for everyone to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives.

The position is managing 3 x adult residential services for individuals aged from 18 years old with autism and challenging behaviour. Therefore experience of supporting service users with these needs would be an advantage and preferred. A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
