Female, Support Worker - Part Time (21 hours per week, candidates need to be flexible across 7 days - covering early shifts/long days)

Shifts:

  • Early Shift - Weekdays: 07:00-15.00 
  • Early Shift - Weekends: 08:00-15:00 
  • Long Days - Weekdays: 07:00-21:00
  • Long Days - Weekends: 08:00-21:00

Location: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands

Role Overview: 

At Green Lanes we support seven adults with learning disabilities, ensuring additional aids and adaptations are utilised on an individual basis to promote independence.

Our home provides an established staff team, trained to a high standard providing fast and reliable referrals for specialised health services.

The team are committed to engaging each resident with person-centred support planning, individual communication plans and encouraging individuals to work towards retaining their skills and independence.

Requirements:  

  • Female is essential.
  • Preferably local to Sutton Coldfield.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is preferred.
  • Caring and compassionate with working care experience, supporting service users with learning disabilities is essential.

** Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
