A brand-new role, Enquiry Team Manager, has been created to lead a small team who are accountable for lead generation and the proactive management of Voyage Care’s referral pipeline.

As a growing company, we are looking to develop a strong referral pipeline in order to increase the number of people we support. You will play a key role in growing the enquiry pipeline and processing referrals effectively to maximise conversion rates, and continually improving processes, reporting and CRM system usability based on stakeholder feedback.

You will work closely alongside the Marketing team and our field based Operational teams to drive enquiries generation and conversion to enable the business to grow.

  • Got the right blend of sales/ CRM experience and people skills to lead and motivate team members to deliver agreed KPIs and continue to provide great service.

Your skill set and experience

You’ll be commercially focused, analytical, target driven, solution orientated, numerate and tactical with a proven track record of influencing and supporting change. As a CRM/ sales professional, you’ll be experienced in delivering lead generation and conversion plans.

What will you be doing?

This is a varied role, one day you’ll be liaising with stakeholders – the next you’ll be monitoring enquiry handling and measuring results.
