We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, highly organised and customer focused individual to join our busy Learning & Development Team, based at our Head Office in Lichfield.

Job Purpose:

The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging learning and development material, using a blend of media to meet the needs of our growing staff teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and implements our design strategy and methodology.
  2. In conjunction with L&D Department Managers, identify learning objectives and create solutions that meet business needs and expectations.
  3. Liaise with L&D Department Managers to ensure existing content is kept up to date with current legislation, standards and company policy.
  4. Ensure content maps to and meets relevant industry standards (Care Certificate, NOS, RQF).
  5. Support relevant training elements of key business projects and integrations.
  6. Provide training and support to the team to create a standardised approach to delivery.
  7. Evaluation the effectiveness of learning materials and update accordingly.
  8. Ensure that there is a standardised approach to all learning materials across all centres of excellence within the Learning and Development department.
  9. Manage multiple programme development projects simultaneously by prioritising project deadlines.
  10. Manage, create and maintain documentation for compliance and accreditation purposes for all programmes.
  11. Provides input to Course Catalogue to reflect new/ revised program information.
  12. Develop and formalise a robust quality assurance review process of all Course and Qualification curriculum
  13. Manage and conduct quality assurance reviews of all programs with Leaning and Development Managers
  14. Work collaboratively across functional areas to manage and coordinate new program launches.

Occasional travel and overnight stays will be required, so full driving license is required.
