We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, highly organised and customer focused individual to join our expanding Accounts Receivable Team, based at our Head Office in Lichfield on a 6 month fixed term basis.



Accountable for collecting payments on assigned authority & non authority funder accounts from start to finish including proactive chasing of funders in the early cash collection cycle to confirm receipt of invoices and/or identify disputes preventing payment.

Build strong and professional working relationships and trust with external/internal funders and Voyage Care support teams.

Completion of sign off/portals as and when required to ensure all payments are called for within your allocated region.

Respond promptly and completely to both client and internal queries.

Maintain 0-30 day aged debt, increase cash collection, and provide timely cash allocation within a targeted corporate environment.

Maintain timely and accurate funder account information to support internal and external debt management meetings.

Ability to complete complex Account Reconciliations on accounts.

Resolve all queries highlighted by the Assistant Credit Controller in relation to cash allocation in a timely manner.

Judge, decide and execute credit notes whilst supporting the corrective action for process improvement.

Ensure that all team and personal targets are achieved.
