About this Job –

We are currently recruiting for a Complex Care Support Worker to support a lovely young man who has a diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy and Anxiety.

This role is suitable for full time and part-time candidates, with an expectancy to work a combination of days, nights and weekends, with the following shift patterns available:

• 08:00-20:00
• 20:00-08:00 – waking night

The person we support with the following tasks:

• Moving and handling
• Emotional Support
• Catheter care
• Accessing the community
• Personal Care
• Nutrition
• Medications

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as you will receive training tailored to the service user’s specific needs.
