An exciting opportunity has become available for a Care Coordinator to join our growing Supported Living branch on a full time permanent basis.

The right candidate will be a self motivated individual, have confidence in their  own initiative and decision making. It is essential the successful candidate is an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills.

The Care Coordinator will work along side our experienced Care Coordinator, therefore full support and training will be given at all times. You both will be responsible for managing and coordinating the growing services and Support Worker team of 60 plus staff members, at our Supported Living services across Somerset and Devon, which provide support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and complex needs.


  • Previous experience coordinating a staff team
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent administration skills
  • A polite and professional telephone manner
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Full driving license and access to own transport


  • Experience in a care environment would be beneficial but is not essential for this role.
  • PLEASE NOTE: There is an on call rota that you would be required to be a part of. There will be an element of weekend work on a rota basis.
