About this Job -

We are expanding our team and looking for genuinely caring and hands on individuals to join our team of Support Workers.

Our service supports 18 service users. Each individual will have different needs and the range of complexities is wide.

We need support workers to have a variety of skills and experience, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities. However, we are also looking for candidates to have appropriate transferable skills. However we will still provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the individuals we support.

You’ll join the team working on a rota. The shift times are between the hours of 7am-10pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a motivated and determined team. So make a great career move.

You will be supporting each individual with medication, personal care, household tasks, community activities (disco, sport, swimming, appointments, college) and holidays.

Some individuals have minimal needs and others have constant support on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis.

Driving licence is preferable but not essential.
