About the Role:

Three Sisters is a residential service located in Haworth and here we support adults with a wide range of learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder’s, mental health needs, specialist behavioural support needs and behaviours that challenge. As a super hero “Support Worker” you will support with all aspects of every day living to encourage their independence and support them to lead the most fulfilling life possible, incorporating both therapy and social based activities.

Whilst no two days are the same typically, you’ll help the people we support with everyday challenges such as encouraging and prompting personal cares, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication, attending health appointments and taking part in hobbies & activities. Crucially, enabling them to carry out tasks, chores and hobbies that most people take for granted but are meaningful to the people we support.

We are currently recruiting a bank support worker to join our fantastic team of superheroes. This a 0 hour contract where you will pick up a variety of different shifts within your availability including days, nights and weekends.

We are looking for individuals with previous experience within a support worker role who are enthusiastic and able to handle challenging situations.
