Job Title: Bank Support Worker (Zero Hours Contract, working as and when required)

Location: Rugeley

Shifts: 8.30am - 4.30pm - Monday-Friday 

Pay Rate: £8.72 per hour

Role Overview: 

As a Support Worker at our day centre in Rugeley, you will support people with activities in the centre and out in the community to ensure that they live as fulfilling life as possible.


Support Workers in this location, candidates, experience is preferred but not necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

You will need to be at least 21 years of age and have a Full (Manual) UK Driving Licence for this role.

We are expanding our team and looking for genuinely caring and hands on individuals to join our team of Support Workers.

This Day Centre supports individuals at the service and within the local community. As a Support Worker you will be assisting them to lead independent and fulfilling lives; the people we support are at the heart of all we do. A big part of your role will be supporting people to do their favourite things and try new activities. We ensure they reach their full potential – and of course we’ll make sure that you reach yours.
