We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, highly organised and customer focused individual to join our busy Learning & Development Team, based at our Head Office in Lichfield.


  • Provide a high level of customer service to all customers (in person or by phone)
  • Act as the first point of contact within the department, providing accurate and timely information to members of staff and the wider organisation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office e.g. document preparation, photocopying, filing, mailing etc.
  • Monitor employee completions on statutory and mandatory training including e-learning, in-house and external training.
  • Claim all learner certificates and process accordingly
  • Work with the end point assessment organisation bookings and reports
  • Book online tests for functional skills
  • Manage the assessor allocations from the application process
  • Support all assessors with learner set up /queries.
  • Prepare monthly reports to managers on learner achievements.
  • Have some knowledge of the MI systems, preferable but not essential
  • Ensure that all claims are submitted specified time scale to the ESFA Portal
  • Prepare all evidence for Skills for Care claims
  • Undertaking any relevant training and attending relevant meetings as designated Manager.
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures including those relating to Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities.
