For face-to-face interviews, you should expect to be on-site for about one hour. Here’s what will happen during this time:

• 45-minute interview.
• This is a two-way process and you can ask questions too! It’s your opportunity to get to know some of the people you’d be working with as much as our chance to get to know you.
• A tour of the care home or community support hub.
• As well as getting to see the facilities, you might also meet some of the people you would be supporting or other team members.

We’ll contact you after your interview with feedback. If you have been successful, we’ll give you a verbal offer by email or a telephone call. If you accept, we will continue with pre-employment checks.

Due to COVID-19 we are currently doing video interviews on Microsoft Teams. Before your interview make sure you take a look at Microsoft Teams and have a go at using it so that you’re prepared for your interview.
