Induction and settling in:

To help you settle in, when you join our team you will receive an induction programme which is tailored to your needs. You will also have regular one to one time with your line manager to discuss how we can help you to further your development.


You will have access to learning and development courses that suit you as an individual and will help you to both excel in your role and build a career that suits your skill set.

Recognised qualifications:

Your training and development is important to Voyage Care so as well as your person centred induction, your training will continue with plenty of opportunities to further develop skills at all levels of your career. This includes Apprenticeships, Vocational Qualifications and many other courses.

No experience, no problem:

If you’re new to care we will help you gain the skills and experience you need as part of our comprehensive induction. We will help you reach your full potential by providing you with all your necessary training, guidance and support during your induction to achieve your Care Certificate, which is now a nationally recognised qualification.

We are very proud of the training we offer, we take you on a journey to enhance your development. The dedicated team at support services guide all new employees to ensure a seamless transition into the Voyage career path.

The training programme offered ‘in house’ to the staff has been excellent, 2 of my staff have recently completed their Diploma’s 2 and 3 in HSC. This enabled both employees to further their careers within the company brining further financial reward, and they have both described feeling valued by Voyage throughout the process
