Full-time (35 hour) Night Support Worker required 

Pay: £9.02 per hour 

Shifts: 9.45pm-7.45am

Role Overview:-
As a Support Worker at Burton Road, you will work with people who have learning disabilities and complex needs to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible.

Our residents benefit from our knowledgeable staff team who work with them to create person-centred care plans and positive behavioural support plans which enable them to receive consistent support. All of our residents are encouraged to devise and engage in a weekly programme of activities to include opportunities for education, leisure and social activities alongside further development of independent living skills such as budget management, cooking and travelling independently.

Requirements:-
For Support Workers in this location previous experience is preferable but not essential as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support.

**Should your employment with Voyage Care terminate for any reason within the first 3 months of your employment start date, the full cost of the DBS will be repayable back to us. Deducted from your final salary.
