Location: Hereford, Herefordshire

Pay Rate (£): £8.72

Job Title: Support Worker -

Shifts: You will need to be flexible to work on a rota basis

Shifts are Mon - Fri  9:30 am -14:30 + 2 x evening shifts  18:00 - 22:00

Location:  Hereford

Pay Rate: £8.72ph

Role Overview:
 
As support worker in Hereford you will be working with a social, active individual who has physical and learning disabilities and uses a walker to get around his house. You will be supporting to ensure personal care is carried out, preparing meals and drinks for lunch and evening meals. You will be supporting to access the community, weekly college lessons and helping to maintain a healthy and safe living environment.

Requirements: No experience necessary as full training is given, Clean Driving license to drive our car.
