The role is front line operational based. The Service Optimisation Manager will manage, action, support and deliver the mobilisation and integration of acquisitions and large tender wins, manage and drive the continuous improvement of the quality of services across the Region/Country, support, influence and implement change whilst delivering the company strategy.

This role is truly unique and exciting, as a service optimisation manager you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our operational and strategic objectives.

  • Integrating Large tender wins & acquisitions into the organisation
  • Manage & Drive Quality improvements where required
  • Oversee the management of Risk in services.
  • Taking part in Assessments, Working closely with hospitals and transforming care.
  • Working closely with individuals to help build the journey of their life
  • Support young adults and a diverse group of people with specialisms such as Prader Willi Syndrome, Mental Health issues and Autism to name a few.
