Job Title: Service Manager - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £31,000 per annum

Location: Leyland

Our team at Calvert House work with individuals to develop their cognitive, emotional and independent living skills. Each person’s support and rehabilitation plan is bespoke to their needs, utilising person-centred planning tools.

We have a proven track record of supporting people to gain greater independence, and supporting people to move into their own independent accommodation where appropriate.

Calvert House is also able to support individuals who may require longer term support, and regular reviews are held to ensure the service offered is responsive to an individual’s changing needs.

This is a Registered Service Manager position at Calvert House, our service in Leyland and as such the successful candidate will be required to register with the Care Quality Commission.

Our aim is to support residents to achieve their goals in life and we actively seek out opportunities for everyone to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement, activities and other initiatives.

  • Have a Registered Managers Award plus Level 5 diploma or be willing to work towards.
