Paediatric Support Worker

Voyage Specialist Healthcare – Middlesbrough

About this Job –

We are currently recruiting for a Paediatric Support Worker to support a young lady who has a rare genetic condition, this condition affects the development of the brain and causes developmental delay. The young lady has epilepsy as part of the condition and has frequent seizures.

 

This role is part time for someone who can work in the school with the following shift patterns available:

  • 0800 – 1600 TERM TIME ONLY

 

The person we support has the following clinical interventions:

  • Oral Suction
  • Gastrostomy Care
  • Medications
  • Moving and assisting

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as you will receive training tailored to this person’s specific needs.
