An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Branch Recruiter based at our office in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hardworking, result orientated with a flair in recruitment and customer service. This is a business critical position and is an integral part of supporting our management in identifying best in class staff members.


Duties include:

  • Predominantly office based with flexible working across 7 days.
  • Responsible for the recruitment at the hub with includes 22 supported living services and outreach.
  • Must be computer literate, organised, efficient
  • Previous recruitment experience internal or external
  • Potential to develop and progress into an area recruiter role
  • Source suitable candidates for roles that are delegated each day through a variety of methods including CV searching, referrals, job board advertising, company website applications, open days, job fairs, company database, networking and social media.

  • Conduct in-depth telephone screenings to evaluate candidate competency, motivation and personality fit for each vacancy.

  • Book candidates in for interview, confirming the correct documentation to be taken.

  • Ensure the recruiting Manager / interviewer has all interview documentation.

  • Conducting Face to face interviews as and when needed.

  • Will be responsible for branch administration, filing, answer the telephone, creation of personnel files and ensuring they are compliant and up to date, checklists, archiving, recruitment will involve, sourcing, placing adverts, filtering candidates, conducting telephone screens,  conducting interviews, updating ATS and recruitment trackers, maintaining regular communication with candidates, liaising with coordinators for start dates and inductions etc.
