Complex Care Support Worker

Voyage Specialist Healthcare – Yarm

About this Job –

We are currently recruiting for Male Complex Care Support Workers to support a lovely young man who has learning difficulties and dyspraxia.  

We currently have both full and part-time roles available, with the following shift patterns available:

  • Mon and Fri – 07.30-22.00
  • Tues, Wed and Thurs – 07.30-09.30 and 15.00-22.00
  • Sat 14.00-18.00

The person we support has the following clinical interventions:

  • Moving & Handling
  • Medications
  • Intermittent catheter

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as you will receive training tailored to the service user’s specific needs. This role includes supporting this young man to volunteer at a reptile center  applicants must be comfortable with reptiles, spiders ,snakes etc.
