Voyage Care are searching for young apprentice in Tilehurst, Reading to work within our residential homes. The successful candidates will complete their level 2 and level 3 over a three year period in social care whilst being buddied up with one of our existing support workers to gain valuable, on the job experience. 

There is a range of opportunities to move up the career ladder once qualified and we welcome candidates who have the drive and commitment to work their way up to becoming a home manager, operations manager or even managing director!

Our Apprenticeships exceed national minimum wage! You can exect to be paid £5.00 per hour + Benefits that include Annual Leave; Paid DBS; Retail Rewards & Savings.
