We have roles available in our community and care home teams. Community support is provided in supported living accommodation, in people’s own homes, at our day opportunity services or out in the community. Care home teams support residents based at a registered care home. Explore roles and job opportunities near you.

Support Worker

You'll support people to overcome personal challenges, discover their passions and achieve their goals. This role offers a variety of shift patterns, training and excellent benefits.

Senior Support Worker

You may work alone with vulnerable people or as part of a team. You'll carry out duties designated by the manager and delegate duties to support workers.

Children's Healthcare Assistant

You’ll help children and young people lead happy and healthy lives. Shifts are completed in the person’s home or in the community and you’ll receive high-quality training and support.

Registered Nurse

Provide, manage, and co-ordinate clinical support. Carry out duties designated by the manager. You may work alone to support vulnerable people or as part of a team.

Registered Children's Nurse

You’ll provide, manage and support in delivering clinical care for children and young people with complex care needs. Duties are performed in the individual’s home or in community settings.

Deputy Home Manager

Support the registered manager and be responsible for key areas of the care home. You'll delegate duties, promote good practice and be a positive role model. This role will require you to carry out shifts.

Field Support Supervisor

You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining person-centred support plans. You’ll support people in the community, in their home or at one of our services. This role will require you to manage support workers.

Care Coordinator

You’ll be responsible for the management and coordination of the care delivery team. You'll be the first point of contact for day-to-day operational requirements.

Branch Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the community hub. You’ll be accountable for business development of key customer relationships with the Local Authority, NHS and private commissioners.

Registered Home Manager

Provide, manage and co-ordinate personalised support plans. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and running the care home and delegate duties to your team.

Group Support

Located in Lichfield, Group Support is home to our teams supporting the delivery of great quality care and support. From finance and HR to quality and IT, these teams support our frontline key workers.
